8 Week Sessions
Ages 10-14 years
Any payments that go through now for the currently full session will be added to the priority queue for next available lesson spots.
Participants will be required to have previous PTC program experience or show that they can maintain a rally of 10 consecutive balls fed from coach, or live rally at least 20 balls in order to qualify for this level.
The plus FIT variant of the class includes 15 additional minutes of strength/balance/cardio/coordination training to start the lesson and will close with an additional 10 minutes of stretching to ensure proper training habits are formed.
