8 Week Sessions
Ages 8-14 years
Participants will be required to have previous PTC program experience or show that they can maintain a rally of 5 consecutive balls fed from coach, or live rally at least 10 balls in order to qualify for this level.
The plus FIT variant of the class includes 15 additional minutes of strength/balance/cardio/coordination training to start the lesson and will close with an additional 10 minutes of stretching to ensure proper training habits are formed.
